Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Please note that custom-tailored garments and cut-to-size fabrics are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is found.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and the reason for your request. Once approved, we will provide you with the next steps for dropping off or shipping your item back to us.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a few business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
